Budget to reconciliation comparison 2006 Finally in this section we have run a comparison between the Budgets 2006 with the Reconciled Service Charges for 2006 for the same Parks.

This chart shows the overall strength of Budget to actual. A slight underestimate of 3.22% overall gives indication that the budgeting process can give clear indication on future reconciled costs. This direct comparison will be taken forward with future editions of Retail Park OSCAR.
